Description:
This course is a two days per week elective for juniors. The primary goal of this class is to help prepare our upperclassmen for success in life by learning about different aspects of their futures. We will have in class activities, guest speakers, and group discussions. Students will learn applicable information such as completing college and scholarship applications, applying for financial aid, signing up for SAT/ACT testing, as well as more practical skills such as how to make minor sewing repairs, grocery lists, email etiquette and more. Guest speakers will vary to include guests who may introduce students to different potential careers, schools, and equip them with skills to continue to grow and defending their faith in their adult lives.
