Description:

Fitness provides students with vigorous physical activity, basic sports knowledge, and an understanding of body systems. All fitness levels will be challenged to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Students will explore sports like soccer, football, and baseball, play various playground games, and create their own team sports.

Requirements:

Students should be open to new activities, teamwork, and a positive attitude for success.

2 hours independently per day, 3 hours working with a parent per day
