Run Club

Description:
Run Club is for all students and meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 – 3:45 pm during warmer months. You don’t have to be a great runner, you just have to have a pair of running shoes and water. Practice is held after school from 3:15-3:45. We work on long distance running, sprints, relays, and even practice hurdles.
Each semester we have at least 3 optional 1mile/5k runs students can participate in on the weekend. Each race supports a great cause. We believe that running is more than about being healthy, it builds confidence, creates community with other students, and teaches us to support causes that need our help. Plus, it’s just fun!
