Strength Training

Description:
Students will participate once a week in a strength training class with the instructor. There will be a range of exercises working out upper body, core, and lower body. Students will set goals for the year to accomplish and even have some friendly competition with classmates.

Completion of previous course or entrance exam

Upon completion of this course High School students will earn 0.5 P.E. credit toward graduation.

High School:
5 hours independently per day, 1 hour working with a parent per day

A folder with brads to record exercises and a pencil
